Rock Advisory Foundation was created in response to a persistent challenge in community development: organizations are asked to deliver complex, high-impact outcomes such as affordable housing, community facilities, and economic opportunity, without sufficient capacity, systems, or long-term support.

We believe that lasting community impact depends on the strength of the institutions behind the work. Our approach centers on strengthening those institutions, through research, education, capacity building, and direct investment so they can serve communities with integrity, effectiveness, and sustainability.
